@ChaseSupport I did, so far Chase took the answer from the store TARGET, they said the purchase was made with an ID, and CHASE answer is sorry, how can I and the rest of CHASE customers can be sure that their money won’t be stolen with a hacked debit card and a fake ID. Can you help me please?

@Chase You guys suck! Having thousands of dollars in your bank you guys don’t give credit to your customers with 700 + score just because you guys are blackballing customers who had issues almost 15 yrs or more ago. Withdrawing and not depositing anymore. Credit Unions are better!!

@ChaseSupport Your system was undergoing maintenance. Be nice if you notified your customers somehow in the future. I had to spent like 2 hours searching and finally found the information on a site that wasn't even run by Chase. GF was freaking out because several transfers werent showing.

@chase please stop blocking my Linux ARM64 computer's user agent. Linux ARM64 laptops exist and your site works just fine if i spoof the user agent. There's no reason to to block a user agent like you are currently doing.

@TheSharkDaymond @BlackEntrepDay @Chase How ironic: just when you cancel accounts for black entrepreneurs for saying something COMPLETELY UNRELATED TO BANKING that is NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS. I’ve been a customer for a couple of decades. I’m seriously reconsidering this relationship.
